Tasleem Zahida Mushtaq Ahmad Group

Tasleem Zahida baji is a wife of Mushtaq Ahmad and resides in a city named Shah Rukn, Pakistan. Shah Rukn city is famous for its shrines and hand-made items. Tasleem is 30 years old, mother of six (five sons and one daughter) and owns her own two-room, brick house. Her daughter helps her in her decorative embroidering business. Her elder son works in his father’s spare parts shop where he sells bicycles spare parts. The others are enrolled in a local school in her neighborhood. Tasleem baji makes decorative clothes on order. She is requesting a loan to buy more bicycle spare parts for her husband’s shop.

She is joined in her loan group by a the following members: Parveen baji requests a loan to buy material (leather and nails) for her shoe making business. Ghazala baji requests a loan to buy edible items (nimko, chips and cookies) for her canteen. Ghulam Fatima baji requests a loan to buy material (cloth, colored thread and sketches) for her boutique. Kosar parveen baji requests a loan to buy (flour) for her bread making business.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
