Fiordeliz Espinosa Encarnacion's Group

Fiordeliz is a mother of three children. For the past two years, she has been able to support her family by producing and selling empanadas in her neighborhood. While Fiordeliz stays at home to prepare the empanadas and attend to some customers, her husband is responsible for delivery. Fiordeliz operates her business from afternoon to late night. As a good mother, she wakes up early in the morning to prepare breakfast before the children go to school.
Fiordeliz would like to do more for her family and her business. She’s asked for a loan to buy more ingredients to produce a larger number of empanadas in order to increase her income. Producing empanandas requires ingredients such as cheese, ham, meat, manioc, and so on. Fiordeliz hopes that her business will keep growing so that she can become the most well-established supplier of these goods in her area.
