Ghafooran baji is a housewife and prefers to do household work and take care of her family. She successfully repaid her two loans from Asasah (a microfinance institute of Pakistan). Now she is applying for a loan to buy more bangles for her husband's bangles selling business.
She is joined in her loan group by a few more members. Zareena baji wants a loan to buy sanitary supplies (pipes and tools) for her sanitary business. Azra baji wants a loan to buy scrap for her scrap business. Ramzana baji wants a loan to buy plastic utensils for her utensils selling business. Samreen baji wants a loan to buy CDs for her CD shop. Jameela baji wants a loan to repair her auto-rickshaw (a local three-wheeled motor vehicle).
