Gina is 44 years old and lives with one of her three daughteres. Being a consumer, she was invited to sell cosmetics and she started these activities in order to help settle some financial needs that she was experiencing. Six years later, she sees the results of her perserverance, and she now has a greater capacity to make sales. In addition, she has formed her group of saleswomen for these beauty products which she sells a great deal of on a monthly basis. For this reason, the line of cosmetics that she sells has rewarded her with incentives for being a stellar salesperson. Her work involves walking every day to build her customer base, and her ability for sales has helped her achieve her goals. This woman works very hard because she wants to continue supporting the university studies of one of her daughters and, in addition, the work itself motivates her to forge ahead. With the loan she obtains, she will invest in the purchase of beauty products and also in making improvements to the infrastructure of her home by building additional rooms to later offer for rent.

Gina tiene 44 años, vive con una de sus 3 hijas. Siendo consumidora, la invitaron a vender cosméticos, e inició esa actividad para solventar las necesidades económicas que estaba pasando, 6 años después ve los resultados de su perseverancia, ahora tiene mayor capacidad de ventas, además ha formado su grupo de vendedoras de estos productos de belleza, las cuales, al mes, venden buena cantidad de productos, de esa manera la línea de productos que vende la ha premiado con incentivos por ser una de las vendedoras estrella. Su trabajo es caminar diariamente para obtener clientes, sus habilidades para las ventas le permiten poder llegar a sus metas. Esta mujer se esfuerza porque desea seguir apoyando los estudios universitarios de una de sus hijas, además, el mismo trabajo la motiva a seguir adelante. Con el préstamo que obtenga, invertirá en la compra de productos de belleza, también en mejorar la infraestructura de su casa construyendo cuartos y posteriormente darlos en alquiler.
