Emperatriz Olivares Salvador is 25 years old and belong to the "Mujeres al Progreso" communal bank. She lives in the Víctor Raúl section of the Porvenir district, in the province of Trujillo, department of La Libertad in Peru.

Now she has a partnership with her sister where she makes the shoe and delivers it ready to be labeled.
Her business is located in Víctor Raúl on Jorge Basadre Avenue.
With her first loan for 300 soles, which was repaid in 4 installments, she bought heels, leather and other materials. With this loan for 700 soles, which will be repaid in 4 installments, she will buy materials for putting together the shoes and glue. Emperatriz dreams of having a bigger workshop where she can hire more people.

La señora Emperatriz Olivares Salvador tiene 25 años pertenece al Banco Comunal Mujeres al Progreso y vive en la Mz 2 lote sin número del sector de Víctor Raúl distrito del Porvenir provincia de Trujillo departamento de La Libertad Perú.
Estudió la primaria completa pero no continuó estudiando debido a la falta de medios económicos.
Se casó con Luis Ramos Salazar, con quien tiene 2 hijos pequeños.
Siempre trabajó en calzado, recuerda que primero alistaba calzado, eso quiere decir que pegaba plantillas, etiquetas, limpiaba el pegamento y colocaba los pares en las cajas. Ahora tiene una sociedad con su hermana, donde ella confecciona el calzado y lo entrega listo para ser etiquetado.
Su negocio se ubica en Víctor Raúl pero en la Avenida Jorge Basadre Mz 11 lote 14.
Con el primer préstamo de 300 soles cancelados en 4 cuotas, compró neolid, tacos, cuero y badana.
Con este crédito de 700 soles que será cancelado en 4 cuotas comprará ormas para armar zapato y pegamento.
Emperatriz sueña con tener un gran taller donde pueda dar empleo a más personas.
