Naseem Abdul Aziz's Group

Naseem baji is the wife of Abdul Aziz and lives in an area named Riwind, Pakistan. She owns a two-room brick house and has been living in it for the last 16 years. She is the mother of four sons. Her eldest son works in a factory. Her second son is in 10th standard [grade]. The others are free and don't do anything. Naseem baji's husband sells animal food in the market. Naseem baji herself has an ice-selling business. She has been in this business for the last 5 years. Because she could not make the expected profit from her ice-selling business, she plans to start a grocery shop, for which she requires a loan.

Naseem baji is joined in her loan group by a few more members. Asghari baji wants a loan to buy more fruits to resell. Riaz baji wants a loan to buy more wood to resell.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
