Carmen Canto Castro

Carmen is 46-years old and lives with her husband and 7 children. For the past 25-years, she has dedicated herself to the sales of pigs! That is to say, she prepares oven pork roasts. Her job consists of: purchasing the pigs from livestock auctions, seasoning the beef for the ovens, preparing the portions and delivering them to the trade fairs, patron festivals, and etcs…

Given the opportunity to make sales, she is dedicated to this task with the encouragement of her sister-in-law, who suggested this profitable work. Carmen’s business is now in a prime location within the main marketplace in Huancayo. Carmen takes great satisfaction in the undertaking of this business, as it has helped her provide for her family. She does all this to ensure that her children continue with their education and that they succeed. Carmen desire to start a small business selling pig roasts and she asks for this loan to be able to buy more livestock, condiments so as to be more profitable.

Carmen tiene 46 años, vive con su esposo y sus 7 hijos. Desde hace 25 años se viene dedicando a la venta de lechones, es decir, carne de cerdo asada al horno, su trabajo consiste en comprar cerdos de la feria ganadera, la carne la sazona para enviarla al hornos, los recoge y los lleva a las ferias comerciales, fiestas patronales, etc., en las cuales tiene la oportunidad de vender, empezó a dedicarse a esta tarea gracias a los ánimos que le dio su cuñada, refiriendo que era un trabajo rentable, con el tiempo adquirió un puesto ubicado en el mercado principal de Huancayo. Para Carmen es una gran satisfacción poder emprender su propio negocio, le permite solventar a su familia. Realiza todos estos esfuerzos para que sus hijos sigan estudiando y seguir superándose, ella desea formar una pequeña empresa en la venta de lechones. Solicita este préstamo con el que podrá comprar más cerdos y condimentos, así aumentar sus ganancias.
