Lidia Beatrís Ramírez Hurtado

Mrs. Ramirez has her business in her house located 8 blocks west of the Esso in Zone 3 of the municipality of Juigalpa. For eight years she has dedicated herself to getting small quantities of milk and processing it into cheese, to later sell, and during the afternoon she prepares enchiladas with cheese and meat, which she sells to the students and people who pass by her place. She is married to Mr. Juan Carlos Miranda, 49, and their two daughters are in high school as a product of their strength and daily sacrifice, since she gets up very early every day to get the milk and to prepare her daughters for school, and later makes the milk. Her dream is to one day stop looking for a spot for her restaurant, now that it is a successful activity, and her clientele is growing and she wants to dedicate all of her time to the business.

La Sra. Ramirez ejerce su negocio en su casa de habitación ubicada de la Esso 8 cuadras al Oeste en la zona 3 del municipio de juigalpa, durante ocho años se ha dedicado al acopio de pequeña cantidad de leche y procesarla en cuajadas, queso, para después venderla y por la tarde prepara enchiladas, tajadas con quezo y carnes; las que vende a estudiantes y personas que transitan por el lugar, es casada con el Sr. Juan Carlos Miranda de 49 años de edad, sus dos hijas estudian la secundaria, producto de su esfuerzo y sacrificio diario, ya que muy temprano se levanta al acopio de la leche y preparan a sus niñas para el colegio, luego procesa leche. Su sueño es algun día terminar de acondicionar un local para su comederia ya que es una actividad que desarrolla y su clientela esta en crecimiento y desea dedicarle todo su tiempo al negocio
