Elsa Nina Quispe

Elsa is a 36 year old single mother of two little girls, Milagro age 3 and Mariela age 1. She has been selling food for 10 years when she worked for other people, but she finally decided to become independent and open her own business, so she bought a tricycle and since then has been selling food as a street vendor. Elsa prepares the food very early in the morning and sells form 11 until 2 in the afternoon, during which time her tricycle is surrounded by many customers anxious to enjoy her delicious dishes. She very much likes to cook, but the rising prices make her ingredients much more expensive, but in spits of these challenges she stays firm in being able to make her goals reality. Her wish is to be successful for her daughters, to whom she would like to provide all the comforts she can and she hopes that they have better possibilities to be professionals in the future. With the money she is seeking she will buy more ingredients and some kitchen utensils to improve her customer service. In the future she wants to open a business in a permanent location, she still hasn’t decided of this will be a restaurant or a small grocery store.

Elsa tiene 36 años, es madre soltera de dos niñas Milagros de 4 y Mariela de 1 añito. Se dedica a la venta de comida desde hace 10 años cuando trabajaba para otras personas, pero finalmente decidió independizarse y poner su propio negocio, es así que compró su triciclo y desde entonces se dedica a la venta de comida de forma ambulatoria. Elsa prepara la comida desde muy tempranas horas de la mañana y la vende desde las 11 hasta las 2 de la tarde, tiempo en el cual su triciclo se rodea de muchos clientes, ansiosos por degustar sus deliciosos potajes. Le gusta mucho cocinar, pero las subida de los precios hacen que los ingredientes sean mucho más caros y que cada vez se le haga más difícil mantener el precio de sus preparaciones, pero a pesar de estas dificultades, se mantiene firme para poder realizar todas sus metas. Su deseo es superarse a favor de sus hijas, a las cuales quiere brindarles todas las comodidades y que tengan mejores posibilidades para ser profesionales en el futuro. Con el dinero que está solicitando comprará más ingredientes y algunos utensilios de cocina para mejorar la atención a su clientela. En el futuro, quiere poner un negocio fijo, aun no decide cual pero puede ser un restaurante o una pequeña tienda de abarrotes.
