Joel Lopez Cruz

Joel lives in the Hialeah IV stage neighborhood of Managua. He is 44 years old and has two children ages nine and 12 both of who are in school. His wife is a homemaker and Joel works as a security guard. He works a 24 hour shift and has the following day off but takes advantage of his day off by working in construction because his salary is not very high. The extra work is helpful as his goal is to finish building his home. Joel is requesting this loan to improve the infrastructure of his home since it is currently made of wood and zinc. His wish is to live better and to enjoy a home that is worthy of his family. He will only use the loan to purchase construction materials such as rock, sand, cement and iron as he will provide the labor himself. His long term goals are to build his home, to take care of his family, and to provide for the education of his children.

El Sr. Joel habita en un barrio de la capital de Managua que se llama Hialeah IV etapa, tiene 44 años de edad, su esposa es ama de casa y con dos hijos de 9 y 12 años de edad, que estudian, don Joel trabaja en servicios de seguridad, las 24 hora de día y noche y el siguiente día tiene libre, pero aprovecha a trabajar en construcción ya que su salario es bajo, y con los trabajos extras se ayuda ya que su meta es terminar de construir su casa ya que es muy sencilla e insegura es de tabla y zing y lo que mas desea es que su familia tenga una vivienda digna. Con la solicitud de préstamo que esta haciendo es para infraestructura quiere hacer las paredes de su casa , lo cual desea vivir un poco mejor y gozar de mejores condiciones para su familia. Lo cual necesita comprar materiales de construccion como piedra, arena, cemento, hierro el no gastaria en la mano de obra ya que tambien se desempeña en construccion, que va hacer de gran beneficio en los ahorros .
A largo plazo es poder tener su casa construida, cuidar de su familia, y dar estudios a sus dos hijos.
