I dare to say Slobodanka is an artist. She does so many beautiful traditional items. What fascinated me the most was the patience and commitment to every step she takes in making these items. This quite woman lives alone and has a lot of time to spend with her hobby. I was fascinated with the work she does and I asked her if she tried ever to hand down the tradition on someone younger and she answered that nobody ever asked her, but if it had she just dosen`t have the time or the patience to do so. After this I gave up on the idea to ask her to show me how she makes that beautiful items. She is thankful for the loan from WWI because it allowed her to buy material and to spend time doing something she enjoys so much. I left her with the hopes for good health.
