Nora Santiago is married and has two small children ages five and three. Her business is a hardware store that has run continuously with the loans she receives. With the current loan she will buy a large quantity of cement. Her dream is that her two beautiful treasures, as she calls them, are able to study and become professionals.

Norma Mendoza has eight children. She went into business selling hot drinks. Now she sells clothing, food and fruit depending on the season. Before, she could not count on having business capital because she used all of her earnings to feed her children. Her husband drives a tractor that he rents to institutions. Now Norma can save for the education of her children who are in college.

Soledad Salazar is married. Her business is selling CDs and DVDs. She is thankful for the communal bank meetings because she has learned a lot. She wants to invest her loan in the purchase of plastics because she has seen that there aren't any in the Huando community.

Soledad Salazar, es casada, su negocio es la venta de Cds y DVDs, agradece las reuniones de su bancomunal porque ha aprendido mucho, su préstamo lo quiere invertir en la compra de plásticos pues ha visto que en la comunidad de Huando no hay.
