Siempre Alegres (forever Happy) Group

The "Siempre Alegres" (Forever Happy) association has found its business opportunity in the fruit business, because of the diversity of fruits produced in the Caranavi locality in the Province of La Paz. They buy products from the producers, then, in some cases, sell them retail and in other cases, convert the fruit into very rich natural juices and nectars that are sold in the markets of the city of El Alto.

The "Siempre Alegres" association meets in the Villa Adela town center, located in the city of El Alto. Felipa Agostopa is the group leader. They have been working with the Pro-Mujer (Pro-Woman) institution for the last seven years, and the economic situation of the members has noticeably improved since they have received the help of this institution. Currently they want to increase their sales, for which they need increased capital to purchase larger quantities of fruit.

La asociación “siempre Alegres” ha encontrado oportunidad de negocio en la fruta, de la diversidad de frutas que produce la localidad de Caranavi (provincia de La Paz). Ellas adquieren productos de los productores, para luego, en algunos casos venderlos al detalle y en otros casos, convertir éstos frutos en riquísimos jugos y zumos naturales que los comercializan en mercados de la ciudad de El Alto.
La asociación siempre alegres se reúne en el centro focal de Villa Adela, ubicada en la ciudad de El Alto. Felipa Agostopa es la líder del grupo, cuenta que trabajan con la institución de Pro-Mujer hace mas de siete años y la situación económica de sus hogares a mejorado notablemente desde que reciben el apoyo de dicha institución. Actualmente desean ampliar sus ventas por lo que necesitan mayor capital para la compra de fruta en mayor cantidad.
