Margarida Maueia

Margarida Maueia was born in Chibuto in the province of Gaza, in southern Mozambique. She is 49 years old, married, and mother of 4 children aged 28, 27, 22, and 21 respectively. All of them are students. The first two are employed and live in their own homes. Besides her children, Margarida supports her mother by sending her food supplies when she can. She currently lives in her own house.

Margarida grew up with her parents, and moved from the province of Gaza to Maputo in order to continue her studies for a career in general medicine. However, when she arrived in the city of Maputo she was forced to join the mandatory military service, and went to the military preparation center in Tanzania. She, therefore, wasn't able to continue her studies after 10th grade.

Margarida is the secretary to the Director of the Military school of the War marines. She has been a permanent employee since 1978. She works from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 pm. Her monthly salary is 3,624.00 mt, and she is able to save 1,000.00 mt each month.

This is Margarida's first loan with Hluvuku and Kiva. She intends to purchase construction material to improve her home with this money. She found out about Hluvuku through conversations with co-workers that were already clients. Her future plans are to improve her kitchen furniture.

Margarida Maueia nasceu em Chibuto província de Gaza ao sul de Moçambique, tem 49 anos de idade, casada maritalmente e mãe de 4 filhos com idade entre 28, 27, 22 e 21 anos respectivamente, todos ainda estudantes. Os dois primeiros empregados e vive nas sua própria casas. Para alem dos seus filhos sustenta a sua mãe enviando produtos alimentícios quando poder. Neste momento vive numa casa própria.

Margarida cresceu junto dos pais e mudou se da província de Gaza para Maputo para continuar com os estudos seguindo a carreira de medicina geral e assim quando chega na cidade de Maputo foi obrigada a incorporar se no serviço militar obrigatório tendo ido a Tanzânia no centro de preparação militar e assim nunca conseguiu continuar com os estudos tendo termina com a 10ªclasse.

Margarida é secretaria do Director da escola Militar da marinha de Guerra funcionaria permanente desde 1978. tem um horário das 7:30 as 15:30h, tem um salário mensal de 3624,00mt e consegue poupar 1000,00mt por mes.

Para margarida este é o seu primeiro empréstimo na Hluvuku e no Kiva, pretende com este valor comprar material de construção para melhorar a sua casa, e conheceu a Hluvuku através de conversas com os colegas que ja eram clientes e tem como planos futuros melhorar a sua cozinha em mobiliário.
