Suraiya Ghulam Rasool's Group

Suraiya Ghulam Rasool is a wife of Ghulam Rasool and lives in Kasur city, Pakistan. Kasur city is famous for its sweetmeat and historical places. She has been living in this city for the last 17 years. She is the mother of four children: two sons and two daughters. All of her children are enrolled in a local neighborhood school. Suraiya baji's husband is a daily wage laborer, while she has a business selling clothing and bangles. She collects materials from various places and sells them in Kasur. She has been in this profession for the last four years and is applying for a loan to buy additional bangles and clothing to resell.

She is joined in her loan group by a few more members. Zareena Riaz Muhammad and Najma Zahoor Ahmad each want a loan to buy groceries for their grocery shops. Safia M. Umar wants a loan to buy mason tools for her husband. Zubaida M. Bota wants a loan to buy clothing to resell.

This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
