La Señora Candelaria es socia del Banco Comunal “Mujeres Valerosas II”, vive en la región y provincia de San Martín, distrito de Tarapoto. Se dedica a la venta de abarrotes en general, ya tiene buen tiempo en este negocio y le va bien. El negocio está ubicado en su propia casa en el Jr. Tulumayo S/N, en la Asociación de Vivienda San Genaro, lugar donde acuden diariamente sus clientes, los cuales son mayormente los vecinos de su barrio.

Con el préstamo de S/. 2,500, el cual pagará en 6 meses, comprará productos de primera necesidad como arroz, azúcar en saco, leche, aceite, conservas en cajas de diferentes tamaños, papel higiénico en paquetes, detergentes, jabones de diferentes marcas y tamaños, frutas y verduras, entre otros, para surtir bien el negocio y sus clientes logren encontrar lo que buscan.

La señora Candelaria tiene 35 años, vive con su esposo y sus 03 últimos hijos, quienes la apoyan en la atención de los clientes en sus momentos libres. Es una mujer trabajadora, carismática y con muchas ganas de seguir trabajando con el negocio porque le gusta lo que hace, su meta es continuar con el negocio, seguir creciendo y tenerlo bien surtido para la satisfacción de ella y de sus clientes.

Candelaria owns a small general store located in her own house. There she sells food staples and products for daily use such as milk cans, eggs, flour, soaps and others. In addition to running the store, Candelaria has been supporting her husband with his business. He has two mototaxis that generate the largest source of revenue for the whole family. With the loan of 2,500 soles, Candelaria helped her husband pay the loan he took for the mototaxis. Little by little Candelaria and her husband have been able to pay for this loan. Because this has been their main preoccupation, Candelaria hasn’t been able to invest too much in her business. Now that they only have two loan installments to finish paying, Candelaria plans on stocking up and focusing on her business again to make it grow.
