Mujeres Unidas Para Triunfar Group

This group of the San Pedro neighborhood was formed thanks to the ladies in the neighborhood who had already formed another group. Seeing the progress and benefits that those ladies obtained, they decided to form a committee in order to be able to have the possibility of growing their businesses.

The ladies of this group, besides being a housewife, carry out various activities such as the sale of clothes, sheets, towels, and lingerie, dressmaking, running clothing workshops, making inexpensive clothes and running businesses in their homes such as pantries and salons.

Besides their businesses, also they carry out other activities that help to bring in extra money to their savings.

The total that each lady receives varies from 300,000 to 1,600,000 Guaranis (currency of Paraguay). All the ladies will use the loan to buy merchandise for the activities that they are carrying out.

Este grupo del Barrio San Pedro surgió gracias a que en el barrio de estas señoras ya se había conformado otro grupo, y viendo el progreso y los beneficios que obtenían estas señoras, decidieron formar un comité para así poder acceder a la posibilidad de crecer con sus emprendimientos.

Las señoras de este grupo, además de ser amas de casa, realizan actividades como la venta de ropas, sábanas y toallas, lencerías, otras señoras que son modistas tienen taller de costura y confeccionan ropas bajo pedido y otras poseen negocios propios en su domicilio despensa y peluquería.

Además de las actividades de ellas, también realizan otras que ayudan a juntar un pequeño dinero extra para el ahorro de ellas.

El monto que recibe cada señora varía entre 300.000 a 1.600.000 de guaraníes (moneda de Paraguay); todas las señoras destinan el crédito para comprar mercaderías para las actividades que están realizando.
