Nemecio es jubilado y su esposa es ama de casa, la pareja tiene cuatro hijos completamente independientes pero que no disponen de recursos para ayudarla.
La pareja vive en la zona de Tacagua de la ciudad de La Paz, tiene casa propia. Solicitan crédito para realizar refacciones en su vivienda y cambiar el alcantarillado ya que la alcaldía esta exigiendo dicho mantenimiento.
