Lucy sells children and adult clothing, which she buys in the capital city according to her client's requests. She then sells the clothing on installments to her clients door-to-door.
Lucy started using credit after a friend invited her to join the "San Pedrito" Communal Bank; she invested her first 300 Sol loan to travel to Lima and buy more clothes. With the current 1,000 Sol ($US 350) loan, which she will pay back in six months, Lucy plans to invest part on clothes and the rest on sheets, comforters and towels--items that her clients have been requesting much of recently.
Lucy dreams of having a large clothing store and that her children will have professions.

La señora Lucy Mariela, está casada, no continuó estudiando porque sus padres no la apoyaron económicamente, tiene 03 hijos que son estudiantes del nivel primaria. Vive en el Distrito de San Pedro de Lloc de la Provincia de Pacasmayo del Departamento de La Libertad.
La señora Lucy se dedica a la venta de ropa para niños y adultos, la cual compra en Lima de acuerdo a los pedidos de sus cliente y luego se los vende al crédito visitando casa por casa aunque tiene un pequeño stock en su casa.
Una amiga le invitó a participar del en el Banco Comunal “SAN PEDRITO” y con el primer préstamo de S/. 300.00 que recibió viajó a Lima para traer ropa.
Con este crédito de S/. 1,000.00 que cancelará en un plazo de 06 meses, tiene pensado a parte de traer ropa para niños y adultos incursionar en la venta de sábanas, edredones y toallas porque sus clientes le han pedido mucho este tipo de prendas.
La empresaria sueña con tener una tienda grande de ropa y que sus hijos sean profesionales.
