Twenty-one members founded a Village Bank which is located in Khsom Village in Kandal Province. Mrs. Duch Thoeun was born in 1971. She has three children who are all attending school; they are 14, 10 and 8 years old. Mrs. Duch Thoeun and her husband, Mr. Keo Ra, are fishermen. They gather fish in the local lake but they now do not have enough fishing equipment. Therefore Mrs. Duch Thoeun decided to ask for a loan to buy fish nets in order to gather fish.
