Cvijeta is a woman living in the community of Strijezevica, outside the town of Doboj. She is divorced and is raising 2 children. She currently works as a veterinarian, earning around 600 KM ($450 USD) per month. She also receives some small welfare support for her children. This is her first loan through Zene za Zene, and she has requested a loan amount of 1200 KM. She wants to use the loan to buy some young chickens and piglets. She will purchase some food to feed and fatten them, and then sell them for a good price when they are grown and their meat is most valuable. She hopes that this will bring her family some extra income that can be used to meet their everyday needs.

Cvijeta is a single mother and has a full time job as an veterinarian. She thought it would be a good idea to merge her full time job and the work she does at home. As someone who works with animals she decided to buy chickens and pigs. WWI loan was invested in buying food for them. After breeding she sold them and earned enough money to expand her business at home and to improve family budget.

Thank you Kiva lenders!!!
