Journal Update Entrepreneur: Lois Phoan Location: Kampong Chnang Province, Cambodia Lois Phoan is a vegetables seller in the community. She makes a meager of sum to raise the family. Her husband is a construction foreman and he often do the construction in the village. Lois Phoan took out a loan of US$1000 to purchase a construction tools for her husband to expand his business. Unfortunately, there are less construction for her husband. Since her husband makes less profit, she face a difficulty of paying a loan back. She wishes the economic will come back to normal so her family will have chance to earn more money.
