Ayesha Munir Ahmad's Group

Ayesha baji is a widow of Munir Ahmad and has been living in a city named Arifwala, Pakistan for the last 29 years. Ayesha baji owns a three-room house. She is the mother of one son, Nadeem Akhtar. He is 21 years old and he has been in the business of selling cosmetics for the last 4 years. Ayesha baji successfully completed her two loans from Asasah (a microfinance institute of Pakistan). Now she is requesting a loan to buy more cosmetics to sell retail.

She is joined in her loan group by a three other members. Rani baji, Rashida baji, Zainab baji, and Zainab baji. Rani, Rashida, and Zainab request loans to buy fruits wholesale to sell retail. Zareena baji requests a loan to repair an auto-rickshaw (local three-wheel vehicle).

The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
