Ysabel

Ysabel’s big dreams of getting ahead demonstrate the steadfastness with which she wants to overcome any obstacle. She is 51 years old, the mother of two school-aged children and, together with her husband, has more than 15 years of experience running a cooking business. Ysabel and her husband started selling prepared foods door-to-door using a bike that they had and a small cooktop. The high quality and great care with which they prepared their products led to increased sales, allowing them to rent their own space and a better kitchen. Each day, Ysabel and her husband rise early in the morning, get their children ready for school, and immediately thereafter go to the market to buy the basic ingredients for their foods. They cook during the afternoon, and sell their products until 10 pm. Their meals include "salchipapas" (fried potatoes), “salchipollos” (a chicken and fried potato dish), hamburgers and other fast foods. Their goal is to have a poultry store, and in the meantime they will continue putting forth great effort toward their work. Ysabel is seeking this loan to invest in a roasting oven. Los grandes deseos de superación de Ysabel son muestra de firmeza para superar cualquier obstáculo, a sus 51años Isabel es madre de 2 hijos que están en edad escolar y junto a su esposo hace más de 15 años emprendieron en negocio de la cocina, utilizando para ello, la buena sazón que ambos tiene, es así que Ysabel y su esposo se animaron a vender comida de manera ambulante en un triciclo que tenían y con una cocina pequeña, la acogida que tuvieron por la calidad de sus productos los ha conducido a aumentar sus ventas y mejorar hasta alquilar un local y comprar una mejor cocina. Diariamente, Ysabel y su esposo se levantan en la mañana, alistan a sus hijos para que vayan a la escuela e inmediatamente después se van al mercado a comprar los ingredientes básicos para la preparación, cocinan por la tarde y venden hasta las 10 de la noche; salchipapas, salchipollos, hamburguesas entre otros platos rápidos, la meta es tener una pollería, mientras tanto seguirán esforzándose por seguir trabajando, en esta ocasión Ysabel solicita un préstamo, el que invertirá en la compra de un horno pollero.
