Bertha

Bertha is from San Juan de Loro, in the Sandia province. She first became a mother at a very young age. Since that time she has been buying and selling second-hand clothing, which she buys by packs in the town of Juliaca, and sells in the Rinconada mine, where her husband works.

Currently Bertha lives with her two young children in Juliaca. She wanted to stay at home longer to look after her children, so Bertha took on the business of raising cuyes (guinea pigs.)
She would like to buy more cuyes to make her business grow; she is asking for your help to make this happen.

Bertha es natural del distrito de San Juan de Loro, provincia de Sandia, tomó la responsabilidad de ser madre a muy corta edad, desde entonces se dedica a la compra y venta de ropa de segundo uso, mercadería que adquiere por fardos en la ciudad de Juliaca y la vende en la mina Rinconada, lugar donde su esposo trabaja obrero. Bertha actualmente vive con sus dos menores hijos en la ciudad de Juliaca.
