La señora Esther pertenece al Banco Comunal Mujeres Audaces, ubicado en el Jr. Manco capac #151 Pueblo Joven Bellavista, Distrito de San Fernando del Departamento de Ucayali. Tiene 60 años y es madre de 4 hijos, es viuda. Esther con el primer préstamo recibido de Manuela Ramos de S/. 300 decidió seguir implementando su negocio de venta de plátanos.
En estos momentos sigue con la venta de plátanos al por mayor y menor en el mercado bellavista y venta de hoja de bijao. Sale a vender a las 5:00 am hasta las 6:30 pm y ahí aprovecha también en vender sus chifles (Plátano frito).

Con este préstamo de S/. 2,000 el cual será pagado en 5 meses, comprará racimos de plátanos y hoja de bijao al por mayor..

Esther a su edad es una mujer muy luchadora que no desmaya y sigue adelante a pesar de los tropiezos que ella tuvo.
