Foday Marah's Group

This group is request a loan of Le 3,500,000.00. The members are (from right to left): Foday Marah, Mohamed Koroma, Abu-Bakarr Jalloh and Alfred Torrel.


Foday will give his loan to his wife who is sells clothes(gara lappers) so she can improve her business. Foday`s plan is to see his wife`s business booming as this (together with his monthly salary) can help them a lot in improving the living standard of their family. The two have 4 children.

Mohamed Kamara`s ambition is to further his education. Though currently working for the army, he will use his loan to pursue his education while still military work.

Abu-Bakarr will use his loan to buy more timber and other essential working materials he uses in making furniture to sell. Abu-Bakarr is a skilled carpenter working with the army.

33-year-old Alfred Torrel, will buy more local produce to sell. The proceeds he gets from his sales add to his small monthly salary from the military.
