She says she used to work as a maid, when she decided to request a loan and set up her own business. That was like a year a ago when she requested her first loan from Kiva. The latest loan she requested was supposed to be used to build a better house, however she decided to invest it all in her small store. She is doing well and hopes that Kiva continues to help the poor.
