Juana Pilco Mamani

Juana is a member of the Las Kantuta de Willkauta Communal Bank, situated in the district of Juli, in the province of Chucuito Juli and the region of Puno. She decided to join this bank with the goal of improving her handicraft and embroidery business.

With her previous loans of S/. 300.00 and S/ 500.00, she was able to increase her production and her income.

With this loan of S/. 1,200.00 nuevos soles, which she will repay in 6 months, she will purchase 20 meters of a puffy type of fabric, 2 kg of wool in a variety of colors, and a cow as a means of savings capital.

She is currently happy being that she is able to sell two to three embroidered panoramas per week thanks to her husband’s support, producing about 8 panoramas per month to people that pass through Juli.

Juana is 32 years old and completed her studies up to middle school. She is the mother of two children (one son and one daughter). Her vision for the future is to improve her embroidery, spend time fattening cattle and see her children become professionals.

Doña Juana pertenece al Banco Comunal Las Kantuta de Willkauta ubicado en el Centro Poblado Mulla Contihueco del distrito Juli, provincia de Chucuito Juli y la Región Puno, decidió pertenecer a dicho Banco con el fin de mejorar negocio de Bordado y Artesanía.

Con los créditos anteriores de S/. 300.00 y S/ 500.00 soles logró incrementar su producción e ingresos económicos.

Con este préstamo de S/. 1,200.00 nuevos soles, el cual será pagado en 6 meses, comprará 20 metros de bayeta de lanilla, 2 kilos de lana de colores y una vaca como capital de ahorro.

Ella se encuentra contenta ya que logra vender dos a tres panoramas semanales, esto gracias al apoyo de esposo, entregando así 8 panoramas mensuales a los intermediarios de Juli.

Juana tiene 32 años de edad, su nivel de instrucción es secundaria completa, es madre de dos hijos (un hijo y una hija). Su visión a futuro es mejorar sus bordados, dedicarse al engorde de ganado vacuno y ver a sus hijos profesionales.
