Update Entrepreneur: Juliana Morales Quispe Location: La Paz, Bolivia Juliana has more working capital to make jackets and wallets and the best thing is that the raw materials she bought are completely new. Is not like she was beginning for instance, she used to buy leather wastes from old clothes to make the wallets but now the situation is different. (Although people at El Alto buy this kind of wallets knowing that and don´t complain). The loan is 17% re paid.
