Loans helped to build housing for family Entrepreneur: Ofe Tuala Location: Nofoalii, Samoa Educated in the village at the local school, Ofe has started her own shop using the loans from to support her family including her parents. On average she makes 1000 Tala (480 USD) per week. With her loans with SPBDF she has built two new houses for her large extended family. For the future she would like to use loans to extend her shop selling toys for children, shoes, school bags, and employing staff so that she can better support her children.
