Thank you for your loan. It has been disbursed to the Maladoh group, consisting of Issa M. Kamara, Bai Kamara, Isatu Mansaray, Abdul Bangura by Salone Microfinance Trust (SMT), a partner of Christian Children's Fund in Sierra Leone. We are excited to watch this business grow. Over the next 10 months, Salone Microfinance Trust (SMT), a partner of Christian Children's Fund will be collecting repayments from this entrepreneur and posting progress updates on the Kiva website.

Maladoh told me that with the loan, his business improves by adding a variety of goods into it. He is able to add new items into his stall. For example, he used to sell only slippers but he has now added sneakers into the business.

Issa told me that he can provide quality food for his family, pay his children’s school fees and other school related charges out of the profit he makes from his business. Added to these, Issa can also render assistance to friends and neighbors when difficulties strike.
