Raising ducks is the main income for the family, so Keo would like a loan to raise many more ducks. (Dorn is pictured at the duck farm)

Loan Update

Entrepreneur: Dorn Phun
Location: Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia

Dorn Phun, 26, lives with her husband and child in Kampong Cham, Cambodia. Dorn farms, and her husband raises ducks and sells their eggs. Dorn requested a loan so her husband could buy more ducks.

A CREDIT MFI loan officer recently visited Dorn to check on her progress. After receiving her loan, Dorn bought more ducks for her husband. She says that her income has definitely increased when compared to several years ago. She's able to spend her extra money on better food for the family.

In the future, she hopes to improve her family's standard of living by growing her husband's duck business. When asked, Dorn said she was thankful to CREDIT for its good service, and to Kiva lenders for supporting her loan.
