Yolanda

“El Encuentro” or “The Encounter” is the name that Yolanda chose to christen her restaurant. Yolanda is a diligent and loving mother of three who began her work selling anticuchos (quechua for cut stew meat) as a walking saleswoman. After making her business popular through her charisma, good humor, and above all the great service that she always offers to her clients, she was able to save enough money to open her own small restaurant. Currently she counts on a large number of regular clients that to her satisfaction remain very satisfied by the excellent service that they receive. As time passes Yolanda continues to see considerable growth in the quantity of requests and clients, and she wants to offer them a comfortable experience during their visit. For this reason she plans to expand and furnish her restaurant and to this end she hopes to receive a response soon from your generous hearts.

“El Encuentro”, es el nombre con el que doña Yolanda decidió bautizar a su restaurante, ésta diligente y amorosa madre de 3 queridos hijos inició su labor vendiendo anticuchos en forma ambulatoria, luego de hacerse popular por su carisma, alegría y sobre todo por la buena atención que siempre ofreció a sus clientes, pudo ahorrar lo suficiente y abrir su pequeño restaurante, actualmente cuenta con gran cantidad de asiduos clientes que para su agrado quedan muy satisfechos por la buena atención que reciben en este espacio.Doña Yolanda con el transcurso de los días va incrementando considerablemente la cantidad de pedidos y clientes a quienes desea ofrecerles una cómoda estadía durante su permanencia, es por ello que planea ampliar e implementar su local y con ese fin espera recibir de vuestros generosos corazones pronta respuesta.
