He has worked for 17 years and the director of the Rafaela Herrera school in the La Fonseca neighborhood, located 30 km from Nueva Guinea. He has three children, the oldest daughter is 20 years old and is in her third year of university study, his younger son is 14 years old and is in the fourth year of secondary education and his youngest son is 10 years old and in the fifth grade.

Desde hace 17 años trabaja como director de la Escuela Rafaela Herrera en colonia la Fonseca a 30 km de Nueva Guinea. Tiene 3 hijos, la hija mayor de 20 años estudia su tercer año en la Universidad, su otro hijo tiene 14 años estudia su 4to año de educación secundaria y su hijo menor de 10 años estudia 5to grado.
Con mucho esfuerzo ha logrado sacar a sus hijos adelante, su esposa trabaja como docente y aporta con los gastos familiares, su sueño es que sus hijos sigan estudiando, tener una vivienda con mejores condiciones y estabilidad laboral para así ayudar a su familia.
