Doña Pelaya, es una acreditada mujer del campo, sus años de experiencia en el cultivo de la tierra hasta hoy le trae innumerables satisfacciones, porque por más de 30 años, supo junto a su esposo sacar provecho del conocimiento de las actividades agrícolas. Actualmente, Doña Pelaya, se dedica enteramente al cultivo del maíz, alfalfa y principalmente al trigo de las cuales ella misma se encarga de comercializar para obtener ganancias, su gran anhelo es ver a sus 2 últimos hijos terminando sus carreras para lo cual faltan aún varios años y esa es la razón de su diario esfuerzo.
