Mrs. Nop El is the group leader of six in Kanh Chong Village in Kampong Chhnang Province. She buys a Kor fruit which can be made into pillows in Cambodia. Her husband, Mr. Yusos Sal, is a subsistence farmer. They have one child who is enrolling in state school.

Over time, Mrs. Nop El’s business activity has improved so she now wants to expand it. Unfortunately, Mrs. Nop El does not have enough money to buy Kor fruit so she decided to ask for a loan for this purpose. Previously, Mrs. Nop El obtained a loan to start her business. Mr. Him Sung's wife will receive the loan instead of Mr. Him Sung, so only she is shown in the photo.
