Hijran Mirzayeva is a 46-year-old woman who sells milk and dairy products to local people and milk factory. She started her business in 1989. She is married and has three children. They have all lived together in the Bilasuvar Internally Displaced People Settlement since 1993. Their life conditions improved with the first loan that Hijran borrowed form Aqroinvest four years ago. With that loan she purchased her milk cow and earned money. She successfully repaid her first loan. As she and her husband are unemployed, the dairy business is their family's sole source of income. Now Hijran would like to improve her family's life conditions again and for this purpose she has applied for a loan of $800 USD to purchase one milk cow.
