Vaoesea Fidow is a member of Faleula Fou 2 center running a repair shop for refrigeration. Her husband does the repairing service, while she handles invoices and following up payments. She has been doing this business for 3 years. She says that the Kiva loans and SPBD loans are not only helping her business grows, but also helping her pay her children’s school fees, feed her family better, and improve her housing. She earns a weekly profit of 250 Tala, but not all weeks she’ll be earning this, some weeks she would earn 100 Tala only. Vaoesea faced down turns in running her business, and made it hard for her to pay off her loan. She is still struglling in paying it off, and wants to thank Kiva for giving her the financial support.
