Mrs Virginia is 45 years old, she finished middle school. She lives Jr. Tapoje Nº 388 in the city of Yunguyo. She is a mother of 5 children who depend on her. Her husband works at the Municipality of Yunguyo and she does multiple activities: she sells cell phones, she buys and sells Peruvian Paso horses and breeds dairy cattle to cover the different family expenses. The biggest investment goes to the cell phone business where she obtains the biggest profit and movement of the capital. On her own initiative and some partners they founded the Communal Bank Kapia Marca del Barrio Primero de Mayo de Yunguyo 8 years ago. With the first loan of $100, she was able to buy 2 horses obtaining a small profit. With the loan of $700 which will be repaid over a period of 6 months; she will increase the capital of her cell phone business. She is satisfied with the business she started and with the profits she is able to cover the expenses of food and education of her children; her vision for the future is to be a successful businesswoman where her children are her main business partners.

La señora Virginia tiene 45 años de edad, educación secundaria completa, domiciliada en Jr. Tapoje Nº 388 en la ciudad de Yunguyo, es madre de 5 hijos los cuales dependen de ella, su esposo trabaja en la Municipalidad de Yunguyo y ella se dedica a múltiples actividades como venta de celulares, compra y venta de caballo de pasos y cría ganado lechero para cubrir los diferentes gastos de la familia. Mayor inversión e administración lo realiza en el negocio de celulares por que obtiene mayor ganancia y movimiento del capital. Hace 8 años por iniciativa propia y algunas socias fundaron el Banco Comunal Kapia Marca del Barrio Primero de mayo de Yunguyo, con el primer préstamo de S/. 300.00 nuevos soles se compro 2 caballos para la venta teniendo poca ganancia, Con el préstamo de S/.2,000.00 el cual será cancelado en 6 meses incrementara su capital del negocio de celulares Se encuentra muy satisfecha por los negocios emprendidos y por la ganancia que obtiene para cubrir los gastos de alimentación, educación de sus hijos; su visión futura es ser una empresaria exitosa en donde conformen sus hijos como socios principales.
