Mrs. Eng Rang is the group leader of five members in Sdok Slat Village in Kampong Speu Province. Mrs. Eng Rang, 29, is a subsistence farmer, and she is always cooking food for her family. In her farming business, Mrs. Eng Rang has faced an infertile field and a drought. Therefore, Mrs. Eng Rang now wants a loan to buy more fertilizers to support the cultivatable land, and also to rent a pump to water her field. Her husband, Mr. Khorn Khoun, is a construction worker in the village, and he can generate a small income to support the family. Mrs. Eng Rang is the mother of three children; one of the oldest children is employed in a garment factory. The second child died in a car accident. The last one is too young to work or study. Mrs. Eng Rang has previously obtained a loan from AMK to buy fertilizers for her plantation.
