Sebastiana Ruiz, from the municipality of Ciudad Sandino, has worked for more than 20 years in making and selling food, especially Nacatamales which she prepares with a lot dedication in her house where her customers come to buy her food. La señora Sebastiana Ruiz originaria del municipio de Ciudad Sandino se ha dedicado por mas de 20 años a la elaboración y venta de alimentos especialmente de Nacatamales los cuales los prepara con mucha dedicación en su casa de habitación donde llegan sus clientes en busca de estos alimentos. Es de suma necesidad destacar que ella es una dama que se ha destacado por ser excelente cocinera.
Hoy en día ella ha acudido a CEPRODEL para obtener un crédito que le permita la compra de los productos para continuar con la elaboración de sus alimentos. Por medio de su ganancia se beneficia tanto ella como su pequeña nieta que tiene a su responsabilidad.
