Loan Update Entrepreneur: Phou Ly Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Phou Ly, 56, lives with her husband and child in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Phou Ly owned a stand at her house where she sold pork-and-rice dishes to locals. Phou asked for a loan so she could purchase equipment to expand her stand. A CREDIT MFI loan officer recently visited Phou to check on her progress. However, after repaying her debt, Phou moved away, and the loan officer was unable to find her.
