Cristo Vive Group

Thank you for your loan. It has been disbursed to the Cristo Vive group, consisting of Miline Palvetus, Anne Remboldestine Anne Remboldestine, Jose Valdez, Lomilia Loulou, Iiline Orge, Elvita Duran, Pierre Enise, Guerta Jean, Marie Marseille, Analuis Digna, Palvetus Therese, Clericia Dorvil, Theliciane Pierre, Mona Pierre, Charite Charles by Esperanza International in Dominican Republic. We are excited to watch this business grow. Over the next 6 months, Esperanza International will be collecting repayments from this entrepreneur and posting progress updates on the Kiva website.

Cristo Vive (in English, Christ Lives) has successfully completed repaying their loan. Palvetus Therese, a member of this group, used this loan (her first) to buy goods such as refreshments and bread products to sell in her. Times are tough for Palvetus, who emigrated from Haiti back when she was about twenty years old. She said that during the loan some days were good and some were bad, and that life is still hard for her and her six children. Palvetus has recently started her second Esperanza loan and was able to receive more because of her faithfulness in paying off this loan. Palvetus and the entire group would like to thank each Kiva lender for providing them with this opportunity!
