Money in the Bank! Entrepreneur: Charity's Mpakani Group Location: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania Greetings from Tanzania! Thank you for supporting the Mpakani Group. Unfortunately, the entrepreneur who was originally interviewed for the profile is no longer with the group. However, we did get to speak with Mary Kessy, another member of the group. Mary owns a small general store. Before the loan, she was earning a monthly profit of around $200. With the loan Mary received, she increased the stock of her general store. Her monthly profit is now around $250! Mary has been putting her additional profits into the bank so she has money available in case of an emergency. Mary and the Mpakani group are very grateful for the loan and truly appreciate all your support.
