The Community Bank “La Paz,” or Peace, is a bank that began recently with 24 members. The members are from the community of Yanama in the district of Carmen Alto, which is 30 minutes from the city of Ayacucho. The great majority of this group is made up of people who migrated from the different provinces of the district onto these lands.


The members are engaged in different businesses, such as the sale of groceries, clothes, cheeses, foods, fruits, firewood, drinks and small animals.


The members need different amounts of loans; some of the amounts are 300 soles or 600 soles, adding up a total of 12,000 soles of loans in the Community Bank.


The loans will be used for the purchase of rice, noodles, oil, sugar, beer, soft drinks, eucalyptus trees, animals, cheeses, polos, sweaters, fruits and firewood.


The dreams of the members are that their businesses prosper, they have a good house and their children have a good education.

El Banco Comunal “La Paz” es un banco que recién inicia con 24 socios. Los socios son provenientes de la comunidad de Yanama, distrito de Carmen Alto, que esta a 30 minutos de la ciudad de Ayacucho. Esta comunidad esta integrado en gran mayoría por personas que migraron de diferentes provincias del departamento y que invadieron estas tierras.


Los socios realizan diferentes negocios como la venta de abarrotes, ropa, quesos, comidas, frutas, leña, bebidas, animales menores.


Los socios necesitan diferentes montos de préstamos, algunos montos son de 300 soles, 600 soles, haciendo un total de 12,000 soles de préstamos en el Banco Comunal.


Los préstamos lo invertirán en la compra de arroz, fideo, aceite, azúcar, cerveza, gaseosas, árboles de eucalipto, animales, quesos, polos, chompas, frutas y leña.


Los sueños de los socios es que sus negocios prosperen, tener una buena casa y que sus hijos tengan una buena educación.
