When her husband made the decision to leave the city to work for a well-known business in their country, Yrma decided to begin working in embroidery at her beloved mother's workshop. With eagerness, and with the important help and advice of her dear children, little by little, she has been able to improve her technique and color combinations for her beautiful embroidery. Thanks to this initiative, business has increased, and she has moved her own workshop into her humble abode where her main associates are her two small children. With this loan of $775, she would like to buy cloth and thread for a her shop, to give work to many mothers who, like her, wish to put their efforts toward creating beautiful pieces.

A raíz de la decisión de su esposo de salir de su ciudad para prestar servicios en una empresa reconocida de su país, Yrma decidió iniciar su labor de bordados en el taller de su querida madre, con mucho ahínco y con la importante ayuda y consejos de sus queridos hijos día a día ha ido mejorando su técnica y combinaciones de colores para sus bellos bordados, gracias a esta iniciativa las solicitudes se han incrementado y se ha mudado a su taller personal en su humilde morada en el que sus mejores socios son sus dos pequeños hijos. Tiene en mente instalar en el una fábrica para dar trabajo a muchas madres que como ella desean plasmar su buen gusto en bellos fustanes.

Arte en las manos Entrepreneur: Yrma Location: Huancayo, Peru Desde que pudo obtener el crédito, Yrma y su familia están muy contentos, ya que gracias a este apoyo económico adquirió un bastidor más, el cual es indispensable para los bordados que realizan, además la demanda ha subido, y ha tenido que contratar a dos personas para que la puedan ayudar en la elaboración de sus mandiles bordados. Yrma espera que con el tiempo pueda seguir incrementando sus ventas y así consolidar su negocio para tener un taller más grande, por lo cual desea seguir formando parte de su banco comunal, ya que es un apoyo para sus momentos de necesidad.
