It is made up primarily of women who most definitely collaborate with each other in the areas of responsibility and timeliness, in particular the younger members who make up the association.
This group is characterized by commercial endeavors, primarily involving basic necessities and in some cases the ladies have their own place of business. This does not stop them, however, from also marketing their products at the fairs and markets.
Currently, the Wiñay Waras Association requires capital to strengthen the business and to be ready for the various fairs in the cities of El Alto and La Paz.

La Asociación Wiñay Waras es una asociación con una antigüedad de más de 12 años aproximadamente dentro del Centro Focal de Alto Lima, una de las más responsables y puntuales en referencia al pago de cuotas y a la prosperidad de sus negocios.
Esta conformada en gran parte por mujeres que definitivamente colaboran en aspectos de responsabilidad y puntualidad principalmente a aquellas socias jóvenes que integran la Asociación.
Esta asociación se caracteriza por el comercio de mercadería, principalmente artículos de primera necesidad, como ser víveres y en algunos casos las señoras son dueñas de tiendas de abarrotes, o simplemente venta de víveres al crédito. La mayoría no cuenta con puestos de venta propio, pero eso no impide que realicen su trabajo en ferias y mercados.
Actualmente la asociación Wiñay Waras precisa de capital para fortalecer sus negocios, preparándolos para las distintas ferias de la ciudad de El Alto y La Paz.
