Yungueñitas Group

With the association exist a number of economic activities such as carpentry (furniture, doors, picture frames), crafting of sweaters and scarves and sales of raw chicken. Some of the members also have a small store though their principal activity is sales of food they prepare themselves, which they offer in the fairs in the city of El Alto. They offer their clients a variety of delicious Bolivian dishes, such as an exquisite chicharron (deep fried seasoned pork ribs), fricase (a spicey pork stew), chayro (also a tasty stew) and other dishes, particulary traditional dishes.

The majority of the members are married with numerous children. They bring their children to work with them and help their spouses cover the household expenses. Although their children are school age and need to study and have standard comforts in their homes, the women say that the live in small living spaces, that is to say, with an average of 5 people sleeping in the same room.

The Yungueñitas group needs capital for the purchase of raw materials for their businesses, with the objective of growing their businesses and thereby their incomes, so that they will be able to rent places to live that will provide their children with more comfortable environments and better living conditions.

EXISTEN DIFERENTES ACTIVIDADES DENTRO LA ASOCIACION COMO SER: TRABAJOS DE CARPINTERIA ( MUEBLES, PUERTAS, MARCOS), TAMBIEN EL TEJIDO DE CHOMPAS Y CHALINAS, LA VENTA DE POLLO CRUDO, ALGUNA DE ELLAS TAMBIEN CUENTA CON UNA PEQUEÑA TIENDA PERO LA ACTIVIDAD PRINCIPAL ES LA VENTA DE COMIDA PREPARADA POR ELLAS, ESTA LA OFRECEN EN LAS FERIAS DE LA CIUDAD DE EL ALTO, OFRECIENDO A LA CLIENTELA VARIEDAD DE PLATILLOS COMO SER UN EXQUISITO CHICHARRON, FRICASE, CHAYRO Y OTROS PLATILLOS POR LO GENERAL TRADICIONALES.

LA MAYORIA SON CASADAS CON NUMEROSOS HIJOS, LO QUE LES LLEVA A TRABAJAR Y AYUDAR A SUS PAREJAS EN LA ECONOMIA DE SUS HOGARES. PUESTO QUE SUS HIJOS SE ENCUENTRAN EN EDAD ESCOLAR Y NECESITAN ESTUDIAR Y TENER MAYOR COMODIDAD EN SUS CASAS, ELLAS NOS CUENTAN QUE VIVEN EN PEQUEÑOS AMBIENTES, ES DECIR EXISTE UN PROMEDIO DE 5 PERSONAS QUE DUERMEN EN UNA MISMA HABITACION.

EL GRUPO YUNGUEÑITAS NECESITA MAYOR CREDITO PARA LA COMPRA DE MATERIA PRIMA PARA SU NEGOCIO CON EL OBJETIVO DE QUE ESTE CREZCA Y ASI OBTENER MAYORES GANANCIAS, DE ESTA MANERA PODER ALQUILAR AMBIENTES MAS COMODOS PARA SUS HIJOS BRINDANDOLES ASI CONDICIONES DE VIDA.
