Cesilia, age 31, is the singe parent of an 8 year old girl. She owns two businesses- a small street cafe and also a tailoring office. She starts cooking at 6:30am for her cafe, which serves lunch daily. In the afternoon, she works at her tailoring business and finishes work at 7:30pm. She started these businesses in 2005 and now makes a monthly profit of about $320 from her work.

In the past, Cesilia took a previous loan from Tujijenge Tanzania to buy more food stock and fabrics. She paid this loan back successfully and now hopes for a new loan to help her tailoring business. She will share this loan with her loan group, which totals 18 members. These members hold eachother accountable in paying back their loans.

Tailoring and food business is superb!! Entrepreneur: Cesilia's Rose Red Group Location: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania Cesilia Morisand he r subgroup have completed their loan term and have successfully paid back the loan and tailoring business is going on well. With the loan she purchased clothing materials and a good stock of food. Because of these purchases her monthly profit has increased from $320 to $450! Cesilia is very happy about this increase and it will help her pay for her family needs and educationrn. She and her group appreciate the opportunity for the loan and thank you for your support and encouragement.
